Christmas 2012

Santa was great to us this year! It is such a fun time of anticipation for us and for the kids. Despite Mama being deemed "bahumbug" by Daddy and Rachel for insisting that we get a fake tree this year(ummmmm we have a crawler who eats anything off the floor that he can find........it was either that or have Matty pooping Virginia Pine needles all day long....ouch!) we had a wonderful Christmas full of all the child excitement you can imagine. Everyone slept in until 7 and Matty gave us the best Christmas present ever....a full night's sleep! You'll notice he isn't in the pictures. He slept right through it!

Rachel's First Reconciliation

Rachel had her First Reconciliation service this last month and we are so proud of her!!! Way to go Rachel!!!

Trick or Treat 2012

Sorry so late folks!! Is it almost the middle of November already?!!! The kids had a blast as always. Rachel and Jacob, being the experts they are in the trick or treating game,  ran ahead of the pack. Drew was timid at first but quickly learned the right words : ) Matty just kept wondering why he couldn't go home and go to bed!!

The New "Do"

We have been waiting....and waiting.....and waiting but the time finally arrived. Rachel's hair was long enough to donate to Locks of Love! She was so patient!!! Much more patient than a certain mama would have been. We are so proud of her!

Grandparent's Breakfast

One of the things I love about the elementary school Rachel and Jacob attend is the Grandparent's Breakfast they do every year. The kids get sooooooo excited about bringing someone special to school. Thank you Grammy for making the day so special!!!! We love you!!!!
